1) Products are damaged on arrival
We will take full responsibility for this issue and will resend the frames at no charge. Please contact us immediately and provide us with your order number, item number, along with pictures of the damaged item.


2) Quality warranty
Wholesalers will enjoy a 3-month quality warranty, covering any possible defect in material and workmanship.This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care.


3) Visual color difference issue
Frame color might slightly differ from what you see on the website due to light, varying screen resolutions, and photo backgrounds. If you feel that the glasses do not meet your expectations, please contact us for further solutions.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
